How We are Different
Minnehaha Remodeling is family owned and operated. In addition to serving clients with indoor remodeling, we have roots in outdoor construction through Minnehaha Falls Landscaping, a company that has served Minneapolis and surrounding areas for over 60-years. This means we can fully serve our client properties inside and out. It also allows us to tap more of our family talent, including Russ’s brother Don who joined the team as construction foreman and remodeling project manager.
We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, home offices, basements, garages, accessory dwelling units (ACU’s), and living spaces inside, in addition to building porches, decks, stairs, gazebos, pergolas, patios, walkways, and retaining walls outside.
Sustainable Values
Our remodeling projects focus on sustainable living and accessibility. We are led by green building principles, helping clients make wise investments that are as ecological as possible. We strive to buy local and build to last, with renewable materials.
Minnehaha Remodeling transitions underutilized and outdated spaces into attractive, high functioning rooms that enhance the livability and value of a home. Together with Minnehaha Falls Landscaping, we will improve your quality of life, inside and out.
We are proud to offer enchanting, organic landscapes and superior remodeling and construction services, from our family to yours. Let’s build something together!
Our Design Build Process
Minnehaha Remodeling will help you navigate the design/build process from start to finish. Together, we’ll talk through design choices with an understanding of remodeling codes. Home mechanical requirements can be a lot to manage, but we’ll make it easy. Our experienced designers, architects, and craftsmen will lead you on a project pathway that will result in the look, feel, and reliability that you need from your renovation project.
We’ll kick things off by interviewing you to get to know your needs, goals, desires, and preferences for your remodeling project. We’ll take pictures and measurements to help us build a plan that encompasses your needs and desires. After our initial consultation, we’ll head back to the office to create your custom rendering and estimates. Then we’ll work collaboratively with you until the design is perfect and in your budget. Once you feel ready to move forward, we’ll invoice for a down payment to secure your spot on our roster.
When it is time for construction to begin, your project manager will provide you with a timeline and communicate with you throughout to make sure your project is completed on-time to your satisfaction.
